Ingredients
Salad
1. 1 Medium sized cucumber, sliced into spaghetti
2. 1 packet of exotic tomatoes, halved
3. 2 wheels of any feta of your choice
4. 100g Montagu dried cranberries

Dressing
1. 100ml Red wine vinegar
2. 300ml Extra virgin olive oil
3. Salt and pepper to taste
4. 5ml Dijon mustard
5. 5ml Sugar
6. Zest and juice of 1 nartjie
7. 50g Montagu roasted and salted macadamia nuts

Method
1. Take 4 medium-sized jars and layer the salad inside starting with the cucumber, then the tomatoes, crumbled feta and the cranberries.
2. Place the salads in the fridge until you are ready to leave for your picnic.

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the dressing in a glass bottle and place in the fridge until you are ready to leave on your picnic.
