Through patented and proprietary technologies the infusion and drying process is controlled in a gentle manner, retaining the natural red cranberry colour, flavour and quality of cranberries. Our cranberries are carefully treated so that the whole cranberry is retain with more cranberry content and flavour, which is what consumers of dried cranberries crave. We have less torn pieces, infuse less and end up with a more premium product.
