Nut & Cranberry Brittle Bar

Place the nuts in between a folded tea towel and lightly bash with a rolling pin.

Heat the caster sugar in a frying pan on a medium to high heat until melted and golden.

Add in the nuts and cranberries give a quick stir then pour out onto a sheet of baking paper.

Place another sheet of baking paper over the top and push down evenly with a chopping board, cut into bars while still warm and allow to cool completely before wrapping them up
