Truffles? Yes, you are allowed to have a cheat treat once in a while, but with the goodness that Montagu’s Mango Bites have to offer, you don’t have to feel too guilty about it. Montagu Coconut and Condensed Milk Truffles

Ingredients
1. 1 packet Tennis biscuits, ground
2. 1 tin Condensed milk
3. 5ml Caramel extract
4. 1 ½ cups Montagu coconut flakes, toasted and ground
5. 1 tin Caramel treat
6. 50ml Full cream milk
7. 5ml Sea salt flakes
8. Seasonal berries such as strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and cherries
9. Montagu Crème Brulee Mango Bites , Coconut Butter Mango Bites and Berry Blaze Mango Bites to serve

Method
1. Mix the ground biscuits, condensed milk, extract and 1 cup of the coconut together. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
2. Roll into truffles and roll into the rest of the coconut. Place in the fridge until set.
3. Mix the caramel treat, milk and salt together and place in the fridge.
4. Serve the truffles with the salted caramel sauce, berries and Montagu flavoured Mango Bites.
