Marinated & Grilled Chicken Kebabs

Serves: 4 - 6

Passive time: 1 hour or overnight
Easy to make


1.  4 Fresh deboned chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2.  200ml Good quality soy sauce
3.  50ml Oil
4.  80ml Honey
5.  2 garlic cloves, minced
6.  5ml Freshly grated ginger
7.  1 tin Coconut cream
8.  2 tablespoons Smooth peanut butter
9.   20ml Soy sauce 
10. 10ml Red curry paste
11. 1 packet Montagu sriracha flavoured peanuts 
12. 1 Cucumber, cut into julienne strips
13. Some extra Montagu sriracha flavoured peanuts for serving


1. Mix the soy sauce, oil, honey, garlic and ginger together and pour over the chicken cubes. Marinade for 1 hour or overnight.
2. Skewer the chicken cubes and cook on the braai or grill pan until cooked and charred.
3. Place the coconut cream, peanut butter, soy, curry paste and peanuts into a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Place the cucumber spaghetti on a platter with the chicken sosaties on top.
5. Drizzle the satay sauce over and add some more Montagu sriracha peanuts.
