Floral Oat and Nut crunchies

Ingredients
- Flour 2 cups
- Brown Sugar 1 cup
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Bi-Carbonate of Soda 1 teaspoon
- Butter 360g
- Golden Syrup 2 tablespoons
- Montagu Rolled Oats 2 cups
- Montagu Coconut Flakes 2 cups, blitzed
- Montagu Hazelnuts 75g
- Montagu Almonds 75g
- Montagu Cashew Nuts 75g
- Montagu Mixed Dried Fruit to decorate
Method
Chop the hazelnuts, almonds and cashew nuts and add to the dry ingredients.
Melt butter in a saucepan together with the syrup.
Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Press tablespoons of mixture onto a lined baking tray, use a circle cutter as a guide to keep the crunchies round.
Decorate with the mixed dried fruit.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
