Floral Oat and Nut crunchies

Wondering what to bake for Mother's Day? These delicious and easy to make oats and nut crunches are perfect to make Mother's Day extra special this year! Thank you Ate Kitchen for this divine recipe!   



Chop the hazelnuts, almonds and cashew nuts and add to the dry ingredients.
Melt butter in a saucepan together with the syrup.
Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Press tablespoons of mixture onto a lined baking tray, use a circle cutter as a guide to keep the crunchies round.
Decorate with the mixed dried fruit.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
