Ingredients
- 1kg Beef boerewors
- 500ml Cream
- 1 packet Cream of Onion soup
- A handful of chives, chopped

Method
- Take the sausage meat out of the casing and roll into small balls. Place in the fridge.
- Place the cream in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment and whip until medium-stiff peaks.
- Add the onion soup powder and chives and whip thoroughly.
- Pan-fry the meatballs until cooked and well browned.
- Serve the meatballs with the onion dip, flavoured peanuts, flavoured mango, biltong and droëwors.
