4 Great gift ideas for dad
1. The Sporty Dad = Granola bars:
Add Dad’s favourite Montagu ingredients to our basic granola bar recipe and get him all stocked up with these energy-filled snacks! (We used pistachios, pecans, chia seeds and dark chocolate chips.)

INGREDIENTS
- 250ml (1 cup) Montagu pitted dates
- 60ml (4 tbsp) honey
- 30ml (2 tbsp) peanut butter
- 200ml rolled oats
- 150ml desiccated coconut
- 125ml (½ cup) chopped nuts, seeds or dried fruit
METHOD
- Blitz the dates, honey and peanut butter together
- Add oats and coconut and blitz again. Mix the remaining ingredients in by hand.
- Press into a lined tin, freeze for 30 minutes and slice.
2. The Geeky Dad = Trail mix:

Mix cashews, pumpkin seeds, dried mango and pecan nuts and pour into a jar to make trail mix. Customise with Dad’s favourite Montagu ingredients!

Make scrumptious chocolate cups by melting dark chocolate, pouring into cupcake cases and sprinkling with chopped nuts and dried fruit.
